375 Kensington High St is a seven-building site which features Edward House – 17 storeys of sheer luxury and the area’s tallest new residential building in the last 30 years. The whole site represents the latest development in London’s ever-growing push to offer some of the most chic, high-class accommodation in the world.

Developed by St Edwards and designed by award-winning architects Squire and Partners, the development is comprised of seven refined buildings set around a landscaped garden square and featuring many private balconies and terraces.

The site has won the London Evening Standard New Homes Award for ‘Best London Home’ and each of the seven buildings benefits from an Adexsi-installed VeriShaft mechanical smoke ventilation system, designed to suit each building’s specific height and floor area. Adexsi’s solution took account of all legislative demands and building regulations that applied to the project, utilising products sourced directly from within the Adexsi Group. This means each building will be able to provide smoke-free stairwells in the instance of a fire, enabling occupant escape and Fire Brigade access.
