Earlier this summer, Adexsi UK was happy to host a special ‘Pink Tea’ to raise funds for Cancer Research. Taking place in picturesque St Florence, West Wales, over 400 people attended to enjoy a traditional British cuppa and a slice of cake, pulling together an incredible sum of money for the organisation.
Technical Director Rob Davies commented: “Unfortunately cancer seems to touch most of us at some point, be it ourselves or those we love suffering from this terrible illness. Cancer Research works hard in the fight to beat cancer outright, improving outcomes for patients and uncovering causes and lifestyle choices that can really save lives.”
Happily, the rain stayed (mostly) away and we were able to raise £2,500 for this excellent charity.
Cancer Research funds scientists, doctors and nurses to help beat cancer sooner, while providing vital cancer information to the public.
